Flying Bowling

Flying Bowling is an action-packed and fun game for several bowling teams. It is a perfect activity for PE lessons, school breaks and after-school clubs.

Flying Bowling includes skittles, frisbees and more for four teams: blue, green, yellow and red. The teams quickly set up their skittles and take turns throwing. A unique game that combines activity, throwing technique and teamwork.

How to play Flying Bowling

Divide the players into four teams with 2 to 4 players on each team: blue, green, yellow and red.

Each team receives 6 skittles and 4 frisbees / throwing discs.

The skittles are set up in a triangle / pyramid shape:
3 skittles at the back, 2 skittles in the middle and 1 skittle at the front.

Agree on the distance between the skittles and the distance from the throwing point to the skittles. We recommend marking out the area with marking cones so that the distances are the same for all teams.

All players throw in turn. However, a player may not throw until the previous player has collected the thrown frisbee and returned to the throwing point.

The aim is to knock down all the skittles in as few throws as possible.

For a more challenging variation, the areas can be placed close together. Penalty laps or other activities can be given if a player knocks down the skittles of another team.
