Fridge and heating bag that can be reused.
USE Refrigerate: Place the package in a freezer for at least 10 minutes before use.
Take the package out of the freezer and wrap a dry towel around it.
 Apply it to the affected area Heat: Warm water Place the package in warm water (max 80°C) for 10 minutes Remove the package from the water, wrap a dry towel around it.
 Apply to the affected area

Place the bag in a microwave oven (800W recommended)
Make sure the gel is evenly distributed in the package Heat the package for 60 seconds on low power. Heating time varies depending on microwave power output If more heat is needed, heat in a 10-second interval until the desired heat is reached.
 Allow the package to rest for 1 minute before use.

CAUTION • To avoid frostbite or burns, always wrap the package in a dry towel before each use
• Cold and heat therapy should not be applied for longer than 20 minutes/time
• When using after surgery, follow your doctor's instructions
